INTERACTIVE SESSION HOLDS BETWEEN KANO-JIGAWA PROFESSIONALS FORUM AND JIGAWA STATE GOVT
Jigawa State government officials led by the State Governor Alhaji Muhammad Badaru Abubakar on 13th March held a technical session with members of the Kano-Jigawa Professionals Forum. During the session, a presentation was made by the Jigawa State Deputy Governor Alhaji Umar Namadi, on challenges being faced by the state in areas of education, socio-economic, governance, health, media and communication, infrastructure and logistics, technology, and legal and regulatory. The goal of the session was to assess the situation and proffer implementable solutions.
The Kano-Jigawa Forum’s team at the event was led by Dr. Shamsudden Usman, the Chairman and former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria. Also present were Engr. Mansur Ahmed the President of the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria and Hon. Farouk Adamu Aliyu.
