16TH SEPTEMBER 2022 MEETING ON DEVELOPMENT OF THE SOLID MINERALS SECTOR IN JIGAWA STATE
Star Mining and General Contract Limited operates in the solid minerals sector, with ownership of four licenses for exploration and small-scale mining lease in Jigawa and Bauchi States. The Managing Director of the company, Alhassan Abdullahi was at InvestJigawa to discuss support for SMEs that are into the exploration, mining, and marketing of solid mineral resources in Jigawa State.
The meeting was a follow-up to a meeting between the company and His Excellency the Deputy Governor of Jigawa State, Malam Umar A Namadi. DG InvestJigawa appreciated the intention of the company to partner with the agency in ensuring the development of the sector, especially support to SMEs and artisanal miners. The company also presented samples of solid minerals mined in Jigawa State.
