INVESTJIGAWA HOSTS MEETING WITH BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS AND BANK OF INDUSTRY (BOI) TO IMPROVE ACCESS TO CREDIT
On August 12th, 2024, InvestJigawa facilitated an essential meeting between BOI and representatives of key business associations including; Nigerian Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, Nigerian Association of Small-Scale Industrialists, Manufacturers Association of Nigeria, and Jigawa Chamber of Commerce Industry, Mines, and Agriculture. There were also individual businesses like Wide Range global resources limited, Maje Art and General printing, Sambo Hospital Ltd, Dutse Agric Enterprise, Albarka Clinics, Bizi Pay, Tiziana Nig. Ltd, Hasina Confectionery, Hanan Hangout and Golden Brown school.
The primary objective of the meeting was to facilitate and strengthen the connection between businesses and the BOI for improved access to credit. During the meeting, the Jigawa State Manager provided a comprehensive explanation of the processes, procedures, and requirements necessary for businesses to access credit, ensuring that attendees left with a clearer understanding of how to secure funding for their enterprises.
