INVESTJIGAWA FACILITATES MEETING ON MSMES ACCESS TO CREDIT AT CBN DUTSE BRANCH
On 22nd October 2024, InvestJigawa successfully facilitated a meeting at the CBN Dutse branch focused on improving access to credit for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Jigawa State. The meeting, led by Secretary/Legal Adviser Jigawa State Investment Promotion Agency Dr. Zakiyyu Muhammad, brought together key stakeholders to address the challenges faced by MSMEs in securing credit, which remains an Important component for their growth and contribution to the state’s economy.
Additionally, the meeting provided a platform for discussing the significant challenges MSMEs encounter when trying to access credit, such as regulatory hurdles, collateral requirements, and financing gaps. The insights shared by both InvestJigawa and CBN aim to tackle these obstacles, ensuring MSMEs have better access to the financial support they need to thrive.
